These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using Anchor.
By using Anchor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Anchor is a tool to help you mentally close the day. It's not a productivity app. It's not a task manager.
It's a quiet ritual. That's all.
You can use Anchor to:
Everything you write stays on your device. It's yours. We don't have access to it.
Please don't:
Everything you write in Anchor is yours. We don't claim any rights to it.
Your data stays on your device. We don't store it on our servers. You're responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve your data.
We work hard to make Anchor helpful and reliable. But we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly.
Anchor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any issues that arise from using the app.
We may update Anchor over time. We may also update these terms.
If we make significant changes to the terms, we'll let you know. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Anchor anytime. Just delete the app from your device.
We may also stop providing Anchor if needed. If that happens, we'll give reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Anchor.
If we are found liable for anything, the total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app is operated. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
